Lip tints come in all colors and textures- this time, let's look into Peripera Airy Velvet Tint in 01 Hotspot Red. It has a unique mousse-like texture that applies easily on the lips and dries to a comfortable matte.

It looks like a dropper but it's actually a doe foot applicator! Cute!

When it comes to applying on the lips, I found it super easy and quick to achieve a gradient lip even up to a full lip without the help of my finger. It also feels powdery matte but not to the point that it's drying my lips.

- Cute packaging! It's quite easy to find in your makeup bag.
- Really nice texture. Spreads easily even using only your lips.
- Dries to a velvety matte but doesn't feel too drying.
- The color is buildable and adding lip balm prior to this won't affect the intensity of the color.
- Lasts for long as long as 6 hours as long as you don't lick/ bite your lips.
- Bought this in Korea during a sale but it's also available online (BeautyMNL @ P490)

Dislikes
- The color looks more orange red in real life. It can also appear really bright despite looking dark on the packaging. Best to swatch/ see swatches before making a purchase!

The "velvet" trend is ongoing with the likes of Sunnies Face releasing Lip Dip which has a similar texture. Peripera, best known for their lip tints, continues this trend proving that they're still on top of their game!
